MINDFUL KIDS, HAPPY KIDS!
Why should your child practice meditation and mindfulness?
The Confidence Booster

Does your child struggle with confidence?
Meet Srimaa. She is in class, and the teacher asks a question. Srimaa knows the answer—she just studied it yesterday. But still… she doesn’t raise her hand. “What if I’m wrong?” she wonders, feeling nervous.
Suddenly, Happy, the mindful genie, appears beside her. He is invisible to everyone, but Srimaa can see him. He understands her feelings, and gently says:
‘Confidence begins with the mind, dear child.
Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Repeat after me:
‘I am smart. I am strong. I can do this.’
Srimaa breathes deeply… She repeats the words slowly. With every breath, her thoughts become calm, her fear melts away. She begins to feel steady and strong.
She opens her eyes, smiles, and raises her hand. She answers the question—and it is correct! The class claps, the teacher is proud, and so is Srimaa.
Mindfulness helps children pause, breathe, and believe in themselves. With simple meditations and affirmations, they can gently build true confidence—from the inside out. And as parents, we can help them to grow stronger from within.
So why don’t you try this out with your child today?
