‘Let us try a fun exercise – balloon breathing.’
‘But what is balloon breathing?’, Srimaa asks.
‘It is very simple.’, says Happy. ‘Keep your hands on your tummy. Imagine you are blowing up a big balloon. Inhale, and blow up your tummy. Now, exhale, and let out all the air from your balloon or tummy. Let us try this once more…’
‘How do you feel now?’, Happy asks.
‘Much better, thank you Happy!’, smiles Srimaa.
The child is able to confidently prepare for her test and gets an A grade in it the next day!
